What You'll Do:

• Handle all aspects of residential and custom electrical installations.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to complete complex projects efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clean, code-compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices to promote skill development and team efficiency.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project.
• Be part of a team that values pride in workmanship and doing the job right.

We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (required).
• Experience in custom home wiring (required);  home automation knowledge is a plus .
• Dependable, driven, and detail oriented.
• Ready to lead, learn, and level up in a growing company.

· Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
