Job Description: 3rd Shift Production Operator

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM (OT possible on Fridays)

Summary

We are hiring a  Production Operator for our 3rd shift team in Santa Ana. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating industrial equipment, following safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial mixing and converting equipment.
• Set up machines, perform quality checks, and complete scheduled production tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of PPE and proper handling of materials.
• Communicate any equipment or product issues to supervisors.
• Assist with cleaning, equipment changeovers, and general production support.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent manufacturing experience).
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs. regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, reaching).

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Experience working independently on assigned tasks.
