Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is now hiring for a Wood Framing Foreman to work with a local construction company in Centennial. The right candidate will be driven, eager to learn, and reliable. This position offers many options for growth and is a great steppingstone into a rapidly growing industry.

Job Highlights:

• Supervise and support framing crews of 12-20 workers on-site
• Oversee daily framing operations (not performing physical labor)
• Read and interpret blueprints and layouts for project execution
• Coordinate tasks with framers, contractors, and general laborers
• Ensure deadlines are met for both small- and large-scale framing projects
• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of PPE on job sites

What we look for:

• Proficiency in BlueBeam Construction Software and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of stick framing and engineered wood products (LVLs, trusses, I-joists)
• Ability to operate and oversee use of tools such as nail guns, saws, levels, and plumb bobs
• Experience in blueprint/layout reading and framing supervision
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
• Spanish language skills a plus
