YOUR ROLE:

Master the art of hospitality, personal styling, and visual merchandising. Develop an in-depth understanding of V&V’s carefully curated collection of independent designers, inspiring clients and walk-ins with their unique stories. Partner successfully with our team to schedule appointments, create memorable styling experiences, and achieve our sales and OKR goals. Contribute to an uplifting visual space through thoughtful display planning and merchandising, daily store upkeep, and continuous improvement of our merchandising processes.

ABOUT YOU (QUALIFICATIONS):

You embody V&V’s core values: care, candor, optimism, and curiosity. You are committed to serving others and driven to build sales, consistently meeting and exceeding goals. You bring at least one year of proven experience in personal styling and visual merchandising, ideally within a similar boutique setting. You possess the ability to articulate the construction, cut, and material of garments. You are comfortable working on your feet and can lift 25 lbs.
