Our work environment includes:
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, from initial consultation to the day of the event
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding
- Research and recommend vendors, such as florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians
- Assist with venue selection and contract negotiation
- Create detailed wedding timelines and itineraries for all parties involved
- Coordinate and oversee the setup and breakdown of the wedding ceremony and reception
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements
- Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting during the wedding day
- Ensure that all aspects of the wedding run smoothly and according to plan
Requirements:
- Proven experience in events management or wedding planning
- Strong upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities
- Excellent guest services skills to provide a memorable experience for clients
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for weddings
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event logistics
- Familiarity with contracts and negotiating terms with vendors
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and details simultaneously
- Ability to market events effectively to attract clients
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
