Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support multiple K-12 schools in the Fairhope, AL area. This full-time contract position runs through the current school year, requiring on-site presence across four school and preschool locations serving students from preschool age through sixth grade. The role is ideal for a licensed or certified SLP passionate about making a meaningful impact in educational environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students ranging from preschool (ages 3-5) through 6th grade.
• Manage a caseload across four designated schools and preschools, ensuring individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with special education teams and classroom teachers to support student progress.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs and developmental levels.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations.
• Potentially assist other SLPs within the district as scheduling permits.

Qualifications:

• Professional license or educator certification in Speech Language Pathology.
• Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably serving PK-6th grade.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage caseload effectively across multiple school sites.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs.

Location: Fairhope, Alabama

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week, from start date ASAP through May 20, 2026.
