**Job Overview:**
Leads a designated department within the distribution center.
**Responsibilities:**
Acts as the main point of contact for his/her crew
Helps assign work/responsibility to team members
Ensures all goals were met for the respective day
Completes EOD processes
Responsible for assisting in international order processing
Tracking and maintaining packing/shipping supplies
Providing quality assurance feedback to team members
Potentially responsible for opening/closing the building
Maintains inventory records.
Ensure warehouse security during business hours
Demonstrate good customer service skills with both internal and external customers
Comply with all applicable policies and procedures

**Education/Experience:**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
1-3 years of warehouse or distribution experience
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
May also engage in excessive walking, frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling of parts and part
containers
Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature.
Conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision.
The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and rarely up to 70 and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
The employee is required to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
