**Key Responsibilities:**
* Utilize your expertise in solar sales to identify and secure new residential and commercial clients in Colorado, offering them in-depth consultations and highlighting the benefits of solar energy.
* Conduct comprehensive market analysis to discover sales opportunities across Colorado, adapting your strategies to meet the diverse needs of both residential and commercial clients.
* Successfully negotiate and close deals above our communicated redline price, ensuring maximum satisfaction for a wide range of clients while maximizing your commission earnings.
* Take the initiative to build and lead your own sales team, significantly boosting your income potential through team sales in both market segments.
**Compensation:**
* A competitive commission-only model, providing 70% of the margin (the difference between the sales price and our set redline price).
* Freedom from sales quotas, allowing for a flexible approach to sales and unlimited earning potential.
* The opportunity to further increase earnings by building a sales team, with additional commissions from every sale made by your team members.
**Requirements:**
* Proven track record in solar sales, with extensive knowledge of the residential and commercial solar markets in Colorado, including technology, trends, and state-specific incentives.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
* A self-starter who is highly motivated and capable of working independently in a commission-based environment.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a self-employed basis.
