Core Responsibilities
Analyze end-to-end digital engagements to identify friction points, optimize user flows, and uncover opportunities to enhance digital capabilities.
Design and execute measurement frameworks and conduct experimentation to drive business decision-making.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key digital experience metrics to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals. Bring structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads projects through completion.
Acquire and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.
Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Share and documents best practices.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Technical experience with SQL, Python and Tableau.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and Adobe Analytics.
Ability to independently interface with non-technical partners (business leaders/specialists) and technical teams (engineers) and communicate effectively to these groups.
