The successful candidate will combine strong technical platform expertise with functional consulting skills to optimise Service Cloud and related applications in support of business objectives.Key responsibilities include:* Administer Salesforce environments, oversee security, data governance, integrations, and ensure reliable system performance* Configure and optimise Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and SLAs to enhance agent productivity and customer experience* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure Salesforce features, and deliver projects and enhancements* Act as the key Salesforce expert, providing clear updates and technical input in workshops and process mapping* Work with vendors, ensure quality delivery, and support CI/CD deployments and system integrations* Maintain functional/technical documentation, embed best practices, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to BAU support* Provide advanced Salesforce support, lead incident resolution and post-mortems**What You Will Bring**You will be an experienced Salesforce professional with strong Service Cloud expertise and a proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
