Description One of RHL's best clients - a firm with offices around the country - is seeking an attorney with first or third party insurance defense litigation experience. This attorney would work on cases for the firm's largest client (a prominent insurance company) handling mostly third party litigation. These cases could be related to premises liability, homeowner policies, business policies, landlord tenant, slip and fall, accidents. The attorney could also work on first party matters (mostly auto) between insurance carriers and the insured. The ideal attorney will have experience with examinations under oath, or 10+ years of third party litigation experience. The attorney should be well versed at taking and defending depositions; the firm will train on examinations under oath. Other responsibilities include court appearances, law & motion, and discovery. This attorney can work remotely, so long as they are barred in and living in CA. The firm is not micromanag-y, allows attorneys to work on diverse cases, and provides a casual work environment.
