The Performance Marketing Manager aims to increase online traffic and sales on caudalie.com and amazon websites across the Americas. Managing all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities, SEO, Affiliates and AMS, while coordinating with various teams throughout the organization (Ecommerce, Marketing, Digital content, Social and more) to optimize funnel conversion. The role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and data analysis.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Amazon (AMS)
· Manage Amazon Sponsored Products and Amazon DSP campaigns.
· Utilize Amazon analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure effective ad spend.

· Search Engine Advertising
o Strategize, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on search engines.
o Ensure maximum visibility while maintaining the objective of profitability and defend our position against eretailers and competitors via an optimized product catalog.
o Manage keyword research, ad copywriting, bid adjustments, and A/B testing.
· Search Engine Optimization
o Google Maps listing optimizations.
o Conduct SEO audits and optimize our website to improve organic search rankings.
o Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
· Display Advertising
o Develop engaging display campaigns, including retargeting strategies, across various ad networks.
· Affiliate Marketing
o Maintain and grow relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
o Implement promotional strategies and monitor affiliate program metrics.
