Effectively collaborates with leaders, physicians, staff, and vendors to provide a mission driven and safe experience for patients, their families, guests, and team members. The value you’ll bring to the team: Developing, communicating, and implementing patient experience strategy and program internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers and contractors understand strategic plan and how it carries out the company’s overall goals. Qualifications The expertise and e xperiences you’ll need to succeed : Bachelor of Science Business OR Healthcare Management OR 5 years’ experience in a Senior Leader role and 8 years’ experience in customer service with an operations background.
