Role Overview

We are hiring a Microsoft Exchange-focused Systems Administrator for a growing and dynamic IT organization. You ll support the design, administration, and maintenance of messaging systems and server infrastructure in a hybrid environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools while supporting enterprise operations and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD infrastructure
• Automate operational tasks with PowerShell
• Collaborate on upgrades, patches, and service continuity
• Maintain IT documentation and resolve Tier 2/3 system issues

Must-Have Skills

• Microsoft Exchange (on-prem/cloud)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Azure Active Directory
• PowerShell scripting
• Server troubleshooting
• Hybrid work eligibility in Phoenix, AZ

Skills

• VMware Horizon or Citrix VDI
• Microsoft 365 suite experience
• IT certifications (MCSE, MCSA, Azure, A+, Network+)
