Hiring Requirements Job Details What You'll be Doing: Fill prescriptions accurately. Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership. Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results and foster growth of the pharmacy business. Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians. Motivate team members to perform at their best. Ensure competence with Meijer policies and procedures. Communicate effectively and act as an agent of change. Organize and prioritize workload efficiently. Listen to patients and address their needs. In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, oversee pharmacy operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Bring With You (Qualifications): Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy. Registered and licensed in the state of practice. Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
