The Opportunity

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for enabling transformation through technology. This role is central to our vision of seamless customer experiences, partner collaboration, and data-powered insights. You'll be responsible for architecting integrated solutions across platforms and shaping the digital ecosystem supporting sales, marketing, partner processing, and customer engagement.

What Youll Do

• Design and lead end-to-end solutions across Salesforce (Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud), JD Edwards E1, Snowflake, Hyphen, EPM, Sitecore/ContentHub, and third-party partner platforms.
• Define scalable architecture and data flows that connect marketing automation, CRM, ERP, digital content, and joint venture systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Champion inclusive design and user-centric technology that meets the needs of a diverse customer and partner base.
• Drive API and integration strategy that supports near real-time updates and enterprise reporting.
• Support innovation through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and emerging technologies.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in solution or enterprise architecture with deep experience across digital platforms and cloud ecosystems.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture and enterprise integrations, especially with JDE E1, Sitecore, Snowflake and partner ecosystems.
• Experience supporting marketing, sales, and customer experience technologies in complex industries (e.g., real estate, construction, or B2B partnerships).
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with a bias for action.
• Passion for inclusive innovation and technology that makes a difference.
