About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to lead the design and delivery of its compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and business leaders to enhance the company's ability to attract, engage, and retain talent. This role is pivotal in driving the total rewards philosophy and plan design, and the Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for organizing and executing effective communication plans to promote employee awareness and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing the annual compensation review process, preparing compensation recommendations, and ensuring that programs are market-relevant and competitive. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a proven track record of subject matter expertise in total rewards. Applicants for the Head of Total Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with at least 7 years' experience in compensation and benefits design, administration, payroll, and implementation. A minimum of 3 years' of team leadership experience is required. The role demands a deep understanding of compensation trends, pay equity, and the ability to provide thoughtful analysis and insights based on compensation data. Experience with Workday is highly preferred. The candidate should be adept at presenting and training on compensation topics, and be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, results-oriented organization. The ability to work a hybrid schedule is also necessary.
