Backed by leading investors, we’re scaling rapidly and looking for entrepreneurial talent eager to shape a new category.

We’re seeking a Growth Engineer to join our team at the ground floor. This is a highly creative and technical role where you’ll blend lightweight engineering with brand-building. You’ll design and launch small but powerful apps using our proprietary data, turning them into lead magnets and viral content that sparks awareness across the industry.

This role is perfect for someone who’s both a coder and a creator—comfortable “vibe coding” quick experiments, posting and iterating publicly, and finding ways to generate buzz around technical insights. You’ll work directly with company leadership, shaping both product and narrative, while playing a visible role in how our brand grows.

• Build and launch lightweight data-driven applications that function as lead magnets.
• Conceptualize and prototype new app ideas based on company and industry use cases.
• Create and distribute engaging technical content across social platforms.
• Support brand awareness initiatives, including newsletters, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
• Act as a builder-marketer—shipping experiments quickly and amplifying them through creative distribution.

• Technical skills with the ability to “vibe code” (CS background or equivalent preferred).
• Strong interest in marketing and content creation, with a knack for virality.
• Demonstrated creativity, persistence, and willingness to experiment publicly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-haves:

• 10k+ social following on LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Experience as a founder or track record of launching side projects/products.
• Proven ability to grow an online presence or community.
