COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM)

• Up to $275kbase + Negotiable (DOE)
• $30,000 Sign on Bonus
• Relocation
• Loan Repayment-Up to $75,000 through NHSC
• Generous Benefits Package- 6 weeks of PTO, 401k, Health coverage, and CME allowance)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine Medical Director(FM)

• Family Medicine Medical Director- Lead a passionate team in a mission-driven FQHC
• 60% Clinical/ 40% Administrative
• Outpatient – 16-20 Patients/day
• Minimal Call- 1:7 phone only
• Work in a supportive environment with excellent staff and a collaborative team

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM)

• MD/DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Experience with FQHC’s or in rural medicine is highly preferred
