Job Overview Diabetes Educator – Pensacola, FL Join Morrison Healthcare as a DIABETES EDUCATOR in the outpatient Endocrinology clinic at BMG Endocrinology. Compensation Base pay: $70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr Location & Schedule Location: Morrison Healthcare at BMG Endocrinology, Pensacola, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends Key Responsibilities Provide and lead nutrition services in diabetes education. Train and mentor patient/resident staff and interns. Foster teamwork and implement innovative programs for optimal clinical nutrition and financial outcomes. Comply with federal, state, and accrediting agency standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Participate in patient/resident satisfaction programs, department meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs. Qualifications Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in required states. Two (2) years of experience in diabetes education preferred. Specialty certification when applicable.
