Mathieu Ford is currently seeking a motivated and personable Car Sales Representative to join our team.   What You'll Do:
Greet customers and help them find the vehicle that fits their needs and budget

Explain features, performance, and benefits of Ford vehicles

Guide customers through the test drive and purchasing process

Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and trust

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Stay up to date with Ford products, financing options, and dealership promotions

  What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Prior sales experience is a plus — but not required (we provide training)

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license 

Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
