Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support services within K-12 self-contained school programs. The role is itinerant, working on-site across multiple schools in the Jacksonville, FL area, supporting teachers and staff in implementing effective behavior strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to develop and model behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct observations and assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Support data collection and analysis to inform ongoing behavioral supports.
• Provide guidance and suggestions to improve classroom management and student outcomes.
• Work across 5-7 schools within the district, with specific locations to be confirmed.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA licensure is required.
• Experience supporting K-12 students in self-contained education settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention development, and data analysis.

• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Position requires on-site presence; remote work is not available.
