Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare system in Northwest Missouri. This is a unique opportunity to work in a thriving clinic that serves as the primary wound care center for the region. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized care for patients with chronic wounds and other skin integrity issues
  • Perform and oversee hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions
  • Conduct minor office procedures and surgical debridements, both in the clinic and operating room
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Epic EMR
  • Educate patients and families on wound management and preventative care
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited specialty training program
  • Additional training in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine is preferred but not required
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Missouri
  • Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
