Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Pay Rate: $22–$26.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for someone who presents professionally, remains attentive and engaged at the front desk, and shows a strong willingness to learn at the Entry Level .
• Oversee and manage access control software systems.
• Monitor real-time access activity and escalate issues to the appropriate parties (Workplace Ops, Physical Security).
• Manage employee badging, break/fix equipment support, badge printing supplies, and system auditing.
• Provide remote access and reception support for all offices (domestic and international).
• Maintain badge inventory and audit unused badges.
• Front Desk & Office Experience:
• Provide high-level hospitality and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby for employees, guests, and executives.
• Handle general inquiries and provide a seamless experience for visitors.
• Vendor & Equipment Management:
• Manage vendor relationships (access software providers, equipment repair, badge supply vendors).
• Order and maintain badge printing equipment.
