Position Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing remote sales team. As a Work From Home Sales Representative, you will engage with clients over the phone and through virtual meetings to offer customized life insurance options. This is a performance-based opportunity with flexible scheduling, hands-on training, and real career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact pre-qualified leads provided by the company
Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
Build rapport and trust with potential customers
Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Participate in virtual training and team development
Qualifications:
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Self-driven and comfortable working independently
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM systems
High school diploma required; college experience a plus
