SUMMARY

A well-established marketing and fulfillment organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves managing incoming shipments, coordinating logistics activity, and maintaining an organized, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and participate in the assembly of marketing kits and fulfillment projects
• Coordinate project setup, workflow, and teardown
• Evaluate team performance to maintain peak efficiency
• Inspect projects for quality and accuracy prior to shipment
• Delegate assignments and monitor progress to meet deadlines
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and material handling
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management
• Learn and utilize warehouse technologies (automation equipment, conveyors, pick-to-light systems)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in warehouse or assembly operations (lead experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on team player with the ability to multitask and adapt
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
