BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital at our Downtown Seattle location. Payband: $102,000 - $129,000 annually BluePearl Pet Hospital has an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results-driven Practice Manager to join our team. The Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital by handling the day-to-day operations of the practice to enable staff to provide the best veterinary care to our clients. As a Practice Manager : You will mentor, develop, and lead a team of 30+ hourly and professional staff to excel and focus on patient care. You will partner with and oversee the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives, guiding their development. You will manage financial and strategic business development to ensure hospital profitability. You will handle relationships with primary care DVMs and patient referral bases with sensitivity. You will develop intra-staff relationships and ensure compliance with HR-related issues and employment laws at all levels. Preferred Experience : Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; CVPM designation is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of successful management experience in complex organizations, such as veterinary or human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries. Skills / Knowledge : Excellent time management, organizational skills, and follow-through. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Effective communication skills with employees and external contacts, maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Discretion, confidentiality, and sound business judgment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet applications. Why BluePearl?
