This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft Windows environments and Azure cloud services, combined with proven leadership capabilities. Job Details Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of technical support engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Develop and implement support processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, DevOps, and Product to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor support metrics and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for support services.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong hands-on experience working in a Windows (2019+) environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure (IaaS, PaaS, and identity services).
  • Experience with desktop imaging software.
  • Experience working in a mid-sized organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and support analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Windows Server certifications.
  • Experience with Citrix Desktop.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and enterprise security practices.
