Job Description: We're seeking a Systems Security Analyst to join our team in Lutz, FL. In this role, you'll support system security, administration, and recovery operations in a government environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cybersecurity, hands-on system administration skills, and the ability to solve complex technical problems with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Ensure system hardware availability, integrity, and efficiency. Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability issues. Conduct functional and connectivity testing. Develop and maintain group policies, ACLs, and standard operating procedures. Maintain baseline system security and compliance. Install, update, and troubleshoot systems and servers. Perform regular maintenance and administer system/network user accounts. Establish and enforce system and equipment access protocols. Monitor and maintain server and system configurations. Support data redundancy and recovery procedures. Diagnose faulty hardware and coordinate corrective actions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity (required). 3-5 years of government cybersecurity experience. IAT Level II certification (or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 compliance). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in RHEL and Windows (patching, troubleshooting, command line). Experience with Domain Controller & Group Policy configuration. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Scripting/programming knowledge in C++, Python, Bash.
