What youll do

As a Sr. Product Manager for Agreements Search, you will lead the transformation of search within the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platformmaking it smarter, more relevant, and agreement-centric. This role is focused on unlocking the power of search by building a next-generation, AI-powered search experience that helps customers quickly find the right agreement, clause, or insightno matter where it lives. Youll partner closely with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to reimagine how search works across the agreement lifecycle. Youll invest in search instrumentation, platform capabilities, and intelligent retrievalempowering users to navigate complex agreement data intuitively and effectively. Your work will help redefine how customers interact with their most important business documents. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for a search user experience that is centered around agreements within the IAM platform
• Lead platform and instrumentation initiatives to improve search intelligence, relevance, and performance
• Partner with engineering, AI team and other Search PMs to build scalable experiences that surface semantic search and machine learning-powered ranking systems
• Collaborate with design and user research teams to shape intuitive, insightful, and assistive user experiences
• Engage directly with customers to understand how they search todayand where the experience needs to evolve
• Partner cross-functionally with other product teams, marketing, and sales to align on messaging and value delivery
• Measure success with a data-driven mindset, instrumenting key workflows and iterating based on usage and insights

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in building enterprise-grade search products, including work in information retrieval, semantic search, or AI-powered experiences
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and GTM teams
• Customer-first mindset with experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback

Preferred

• Experience with platform product management or instrumentation systems
• Strong storytelling, communication, and executive presence
• Track record of driving product strategy from vision through successful execution
• Familiarity with agreement lifecycle management, legal tech, or document platforms

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base salary

Washington: $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary
