What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Provides a wide range of administrative support to Sr. Management\n\t
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.\n\t
  • Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations.\n\t
  • Prepares memorandums.\n\t
  • Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.\n\t
  • Prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records.\n\t
  • Collects and prepares information for management use.\n\t
  • Handles confidential information.\n\t
  • Greets vendors and visitors.\n
\n\n

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

  • High School degree or GED required.\n\t
  • 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred\n\t
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus\n\t
  • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.\n\t
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.\n
