Flagstaff Equipment Co., a family-owned and operated John Deere and Bobcat dealership located in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about working with equipment and providing exceptional service in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and quality repairs on a variety of equipment, including Bobcat loaders, excavators, John Deere tractors, and mowers.
• Install and repair Meyer/Western snowplows.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on small equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and troubleshooting skills to assess mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with the shop team to deliver timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure work is completed to company standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable experience in mechanical repair and diagnosis of Bobcat, John Deere, or similar equipment.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Tools & Licensing: Must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVD record.
• Education: Graduated auto tech students and apprentices are encouraged to apply—training is available for skill gaps.
