- Starbucks Barista: $22 per hour + tips and eligible for up to $2 per hour Starbucks Certification Increases

Starbucks Barista Job Summary:
The Barista creates a great experience for our customers by providing quality beverages and products, quick service and providing a fun and memorable experience for our guests. Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders, answering any questions, calling guests by name and thanking them for their order. Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while also providing legendary service. Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example for the team. Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests. Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas.
Server Job Summary:
The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders; entering orders quickly and in proper sequence; serving food and beverages for guests in their section as well as other sections; coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food; and providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. Maintains table appearance by pre-bussing, checks drink levels, removes clutter and provides adequate napkins, etc., Presents check for payment and provides change as needed. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending up local requirements.
Bartender Job Summary :
The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, as well as serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions and collecting payments; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and the servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management including following alcohol awareness procedures and keeping a clean and well stocked bar. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending up local requirements.
Cashier / Attendant Job Summary:
The Cashier Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast-food establishment which may include greeting all customers with a smile, maintaining knowledge or products, transfer supplies between storage and work area, cleaning the food or stock areas, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Servers, Bartenders, Attendants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Baristas must be at least 18 years of age, OR 16 years of age, with a minor's work certification.
- Must have strong social skills and love to meet new people
- Must have the ability to stay calm and enjoy working in a fast and exciting environment
- Must love to learn new things and are able to pick up new skills quickly
- Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal & written instructions, policies & rules, and to request assistance when needed
- Must be able to perform basic math skills to accurately count money and make change
- Must work well with others to help create a strong and cooperative team
