Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax implications and wealth transfer

• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents

• Represent clients in contested probate and trust litigation

• Coordinate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciary professionals
