CV Resources is partnering with a dynamic and established company in Long Beach seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team!

Responsibilities:
Develop monthly financial reports and lead annual budgeting with department leaders.
Build and maintain P&L forecasts, pro-forma models, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
Analyze revenue, costs, labor, and program effectiveness to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Track key performance metrics and present actionable insights to management.
Support month-end close, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Collaborate with business partners to monitor KPIs and explain financial results.
Enhance reporting tools and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
~3+ years of analytical or FP&A experience, ideally in retail or a fast-paced setting.
~ Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Oracle, or Tableau preferred.
~ Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
