What You'll Be Doing: Proactively source, qualify, and engage top-tier professionals earning $150K+ Execute high-volume outreach using phone, text, and LinkedIn Head-hunt passive candidates and develop robust talent pipelines for mid-to-senior level roles Evaluate and screen candidates for alignment with critical client needs Coordinate closely with our Managing Director to schedule and prepare candidates for interviews Maintain and manage candidate workflows using ATS/CRM systems and spreadsheets Start by mastering the sourcing process, then grow into managing client relationships What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or any client-facing role Excellent communication and emotional intelligence Competitive nature and a drive to win Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and CRM tools is a plus Why Join SECCA Search Group?
