Role Description As a founding Senior Devops Engineer at Galileo, you will play a foundational role in designing, building, and scaling Galileo's build and deployment systems. We’re looking for an exceptional software engineer, interested in solving complex problems at the intersection of Data and ML. Main Responsibilities Join our team at Galileo and help us build the future of data intelligence in Machine Learning. Build and scale Galileo's build and deployment system Streamline Galileo's customer deployment and release management pipelines for customers Build robust internal operations tooling to drive up developer efficiency Design and develop internal observability around internal as well as customer clusters Build and own tooling to automate Galileo’s operational infrastructure Minimum Qualifications 3 years minimum of relevant work experience Strong experience with Kubernetes and/or related container orchestration systems Worked with Jenkins, Github Actions as well as other systems and tools to streamline CI/CD processes Strong experience with Python Experience building backend services and APIs (in Python) A startup mindset, biasing towards thoughtful action with minimal direction You’re an ideal fit if you also have: Strong experience building and working on complex Kubernetes applications (e.g. applications with split control and data planes) Cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Docker and container systems Monitoring and Observability stacks Best security practices when managing cloud services and access (TLS, mTLS, SSO, Image hardening) Strong experience building APIs in Python, working with Docker and Kubernetes, building systems on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Why Galileo Join a seasoned founding team that has previously led product and engineering teams from 0 to $100M+ in revenue and from 0 to 1B+ users globally We obsess over our team’s culture driven by inclusivity, empathy and curiosity We invest in our team’s development and happiness because our employees are the keys to our success and ensuring happy customers – towards that end, we offer: #J-18808-Ljbffr Galileo
