Voice Of The Client Analyst

We're looking for a passionate and strategic analyst to join our exciting and rapidly expanding Voice of the Client (VoC) team. If you thrive on turning data into insights that drive meaningful client experiences and want to be part of a collaborative, high-impact environment, this is the role for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders to align on strategic goals, structure analytical requests, and lead projects from scoping through deliveryproviding both tactical execution and strategic guidance to peers.
• Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness.
• Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
• Prepares and delivers visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
• Develops, owns, and manages recurring analytic or reporting processes.
• Proactively expands knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Shares and documents best practices.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external data sources, tools, or services into analytics workflows and ensure alignment with internal standards.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of data analysis/science and/or consulting related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with data storytelling through visualization
• Experience in designing and executing end-to-end experiments
