Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services at an elementary school in Marion, IN. This contract position is for the current school year and focuses on supporting students with speech and language needs within a special education cooperative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational success of students.
• Deliver services primarily in person at the elementary school site.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 83 students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Location: Marion, IN (Grissom Elementary)
