Pay Rate: $100,000-$120,000

About The Role

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for owning and optimizing the global Salesforce platform to support business operations and growth. This includes managing user accounts, roles, and profiles, as well as configuring settings and features to ensure security, scalability, and overall system performance. The role involves maintaining high data quality and integrity, creating and managing reports and dashboards, and providing user support through troubleshooting, training, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Of The Salesforce Administrator

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce usage.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders; define project roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions; perform testing and troubleshooting.
• Employ strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements within Salesforce.
• Evaluate other Salesforce offerings (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Inbox), and make recommendations as appropriate for the organization.
• Write and maintain Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components solutions.
• Ensure customizations are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
• Develop and implement architectural solutions that align with business objectives.
• Design data models, integrations, and system frameworks to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to maintain a cohesive technical strategy.
• Stay up to date on architectural principles, security standards, and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements Of The Salesforce Administrator

• 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, etc; ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or comparable experience.
• Ability to build custom applications, execute integrations, and manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, user access, and data integrity.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) best practices, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), data management, and configuration options.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, draw actionable insights to inform business decisions.
