Bakersfield area has an immediate opening for a Sales Account Manager. The pay will be 22.00 ph + commission. The hours will be 8am-5pm and Monday-Friday. This is a temp to hired position!
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural closer who understands the sales process from prospecting to contract execution. To be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements with professionalism and precision. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with potential clients.
• Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets (discussed at the time of hire).
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and ability to manage the sales agreement process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
• Established relationships within the beauty industry wholesale sector
• Experience working with influencers, social media campaigns, or visual merchandising
• Knowledge of international distribution and wholesale logistics
