You will be part of a dedicated team focused on developing and deploying robotics systems that blend both simulation and real-world applications. If you are enthusiastic about building infrastructure that removes friction and directly enables a teams ability to iterate rapidly, while gaining exposure to the complex challenges of production-grade robotic software, this position is right for you./ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/pulliDrive exceptional developer experience and rapid iteration speed by targeting friction points in existing processes and delivering the vital technical infrastructure to ensure smooth, fast workflows./liliImprove build systems, speed up CI pipelines, and streamline training workflows./liliDemonstrate your understanding of the unique challenges in the robotics ecosystem to propose solutions that accelerate robot learning./liliIntegrate hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing into CI to verify robotics systems under real-world conditions./liliCollaborate across team boundaries to identify the biggest challenges and the best solutions./li/ulpWhat We Need To See:/pulliMasters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)./lili8+ years of robotics software and build systems experience./liliA strong, intrinsic drive to passionately pursue and eliminate development friction, bottlenecks, and toil./liliExpertise in Bazel and CMake for codebases consisting mainly of C++ and Python./liliHands-on experience building reliable and scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub)./liliExperience with automation of physical systems, such as Hardware-In-the-Loop test setups./liliProficient at resolving intricate issues when faced with uncertainty./liliExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working effectively with diverse teams./li/ulpWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:/pulliPractical experience with NVIDIA robotics products such as Jetson and Isaac Sim./liliFamiliarity with advanced robotics concepts and real-world deployment challenges./liliExperience with remote caching and execution with Bazel./liliDemonstrated success in deploying intricate robotics systems across diverse settings./li/ulpWith a competitive salary package and benefits, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology worlds most desirable employers. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.
