Job Description

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar area, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and leading the bar team. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales and profitability.

About You:

Proven experience as a bar supervisor, bartender, or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and beverage mixing.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Basic financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and cost control.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
