Prepare residential single/multi-family construction set documents based from pre-design master plans or from conceptual design documents. Develop conceptual design documents from scratch. Standard construction documents sets include architectural floor plans, electrical plans and wind bracing layouts. Candidate will also prepare BIM models for visual estimating and visualization. Typical Projects range from 1500 to 7000 square foot homes located throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Company works with the majority of the top 10 largest builders in Wisconsin and outputs approximately 400 homes a year. Extensive knowledge (Both 2D and 3D) is required with AutoCAD. Majority of projects are prepared using AutoCAD Architecture. Revit, Microsoft Office, StruCalc, Autodesk MAX, VRAY, Sketchup, Navisworks, or UnReal Engine a plus.
