We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant IV to join the Research team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating research studies involving human participants, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the advancement of virtual sound technologies. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

As a Research Assistant IV, you will take the lead in organizing and executing both in-person and remote studies. Your responsibilities include overseeing study setups, protocols, and data collection while upholding the highest standards of safety, privacy, and security. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to experimental infrastructure, spearhead large-scale user studies, and inspire fellow Research Assistant team members through guidance and training. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 5-7 years of experience in Research (schooling is accepted)
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, interpreting and communicating research findings.
• Understanding of information technology, filesystems, secure shell (ssh), and proficiency in Windows, Linux, or MacOS.
• Prior research experience, showcasing your capacity to contribute meaningfully to studies involving human subjects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of scripting and/or coding, with experience in Matlab, Python, JavaScript, or other languages.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and project tracking.
• Co-authorship on scientific publication or conference abstract.
