Department Summary

The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry’s best products and services for DISH.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

The  Region Manager oversees all administration, warehouse and installation activities of the assigned territory; which includes several Operations Managers, multiple Field Operations Supervisors, the entire Warehouse function of several facilities, and hundreds of DISH Installation Technicians. This inspirational leader will ensure a high level of profitability, overall customer service/satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, training, internal and external business growth, and maximize asset utilization in order to achieve company goals. This position also plays a crucial role in further developing the company, every single day. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing P&L responsibilities and managing spending and inventory control within the Territory assigned
  • Achieving installation, customer service, and performance metric goals for the Territory assigned
  • Working autonomously in a fast paced environment, taking the initiative, managing multiple projects, and working to find solutions under tight time frames
  • Overseeing all hiring, training and supervision of employees, as well as performance management, performance metrics, customer feedback, site visits, personal and team observations and feedback within the territory
  • Traveling to meet and collaborate with team members and attend company meetings, functions, and training
  • Coaching, leading, and mentoring multiple levels of the organization on a continuous basis

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree coupled with five plus years related District/Regional Operations experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered; a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required 

Additional requirements:

  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Flexible; able to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth oriented and time-critical environment, across a given market (500+ indirect reports)
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
  • Ability to respond, interact, and collaborate with all levels of the organization

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,000.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
