Job Description

LaSalle Network is looking for a professional and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for one of our leading clients in the Chicagoland area. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a premium client and visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and executives with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, screen and route calls efficiently.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and visitor logistics.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a polished front desk environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, mail distribution, and expense tracking.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Support executive-level staff with special requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate receptionist or administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executives and high-profile clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $21.00/hour.
