About this opportunity:

The Front Desk / Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for employees, guests, and partners helping to create a welcoming and professional environment that reflects GoEngineer’s culture. This role supports day-to-day office operations, assists with company communications, and partners closely with the People Success team on a variety of administrative and employee engagement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources (People Success). You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR coordination, internal communications, and event planning while developing the organizational and interpersonal skills essential for growth in this field.

GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

Front Desk & Office Coordination

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and shared areas.
  • Monitor and order office and breakroom supplies as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events.

People Success & HR Support

  • Support onboarding activities such as welcome packets, new hire setup, and first-day logistics.
  • Assist with internal communications and company-wide updates.
  • Help draft, design, and distribute the People Success newsletter and other employee engagement content.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People Success team on special projects.

Culture & Engagement

  • Partner with People Success to coordinate employee appreciation initiatives and office events.
  • Serve as a friendly, go-to resource for employees who need support or direction.
  • Contribute ideas to help strengthen company culture and communication.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

  • 1–3 years of office administration, customer service, or HR support experience.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort learning new tools.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a passion for helping people.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR or People Operations preferred.

Competitive Compensation Includes:

This is an hourly position, with a pay range of $19-$22/hr

Working Location and Hours:

This is an office-based role in our Midvale office. This position will work a rotating schedule with one week working 8am-5pm, and the next week working 6:30am-3:30pm.
