Martin & Gifford, PLLC, is seeking a full-time associate. We are a small, niche law firm focused on the real estate brokerage industry including real estate firms, brokers, and other organizations. We also have a related litigation practice.
Applicants must: (1) have a strong academic record; (2) be able to communicate and teach real estate agents about legal topics relevant to the industry; and (3) know how to write technically, creatively, and clearly on legal topics relating to real estate (including contracts, forms, and brokerage law).
