Radiology Assistant – Transporter – Full-Time Position – Garner Location

Key Responsibilities:
•?Escort patients to and from exam rooms with professionalism and care
•?Maintain and manage electronic radiology files in SECTRA PACS
•?Perform clerical duties related to imaging procedures and patient flow
•?Monitor and maintain X-ray prep supplies and inventory
•?Support the radiology team by preparing rooms and assisting with workflow
•?Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly environment
Qualifications:
•?6 months to 1 year of experience in medical records or clerical roles preferred
•?Familiarity with medical terminology and digital radiology records is a plus
•?Computer literacy and strong organizational skills required
•?Comfortable with alphabetical and numerical filing systems
•?Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift/move up to 35 pounds
•?Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands
•?Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor
•?Must be able to travel to other clinic sites as needed
